Went to a Thai cooking school today.  First they take you to a local market to see and explain all the main ingredients used, then off to a farm for the day where all the cooking is done. Steve cooked and I took photo's.  Really good fun and informative.  We ate everything we cooked.  Steve learnt some new skills and will be trying them out big time when we get home.  The first photo is in the farm garden with instructor Fon choosing fresh ingredients.  It's been a long day so just chilling with a Gin & Tonic before we go out for the evening.
